Lesch Land Surveying is established in Binghamton, New York. We perform survey services in all of New York and Pennsylvania, though we consider our home region to be Tioga, Broome, Chenango, Susquehanna, Bradford and Wayne Counties. These services include, but are not limited to: boundary surveys, mortgage surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, topographic surveys, "as-built" surveys, and flood certificates. With over 18 years of experience, we are capable of providing our clients with a diverse set of products to meet their needs.

We use some of the latest technology in GPS and total stations to produce highly accurate products in a timely manner. By utilizing the latest technology in GPS, it allows us to tie surveys to the State Plane Coordinate System and the NGS Vertical Datums. This provides a national spatial reference to boundaries and features on the ground, and places vertical elevations on a universal plane. This has many benefits, including the use of aerial photography as backgrounds, which allows a surveyor to perform surveys of large areas with reduced field times, and tie to FEMA flood datums for accurate elevation work for topographic surveys and elevation certificates.
